📌 Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and students at the college dental hospital front desk
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clinical departments and OPD
• Maintain patient registration records and update dental health records
• Handle telephone inquiries and direct callers to the correct department
• Coordinate billing and assist patients with payment procedures
• Communicate wait times and manage the patient queue efficiently
• Provide administrative support to clinical and non-clinical staff as needed

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university
• Prior experience in a dental clinic, hospital, or healthcare reception preferred
• Proficiency in Tamil and English, spoken and written
• Working knowledge of appointment scheduling software or EHR systems
• Good interpersonal skills and a professional appearance
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and internet applications
• Ability to manage a busy front desk with multiple patients simultaneously
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
