• Conduct periodic drug audits and ensure stock reconciliation accuracy
• Monitor cold chain storage of temperature-sensitive medicines including insulin and vaccines
• Handle pharmacovigilance reports and adverse drug reaction documentation where applicable
• Liaise with purchase and inventory teams on critical drug availability
