📋 Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L of the restaurant outlet including revenue, food cost, labour cost, and operational expense management.
• Lead and develop all outlet staff including kitchen, service, cashier, and steward teams through hiring, training, and appraisal.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets through footfall management, upselling initiatives, and promotional activities.
• Control food and beverage cost through accurate requisition, portion control audits, and zero-tolerance wastage policies.
• Manage vendor relationships, approve local purchase orders, and ensure consistent ingredient quality across all deliveries.
• Conduct FSSAI compliance and brand hygiene audits and ensure all corrective actions are completed within defined timelines.
• Review shift reports, cover counts, guest feedback, and financial dashboards and report KPI performance to area management.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Hotel Management degree from a recognised university; MBA with hospitality specialisation is an advantage.
• Five to twelve years of F&B operations experience with at least two years managing a standalone restaurant or chain outlet.
• Proven P&L management record including measurable improvement in food cost and labour cost performance.
• Strong team leadership and development capability with experience managing outlet teams of fifteen to thirty staff.
• Deep knowledge of restaurant operations SOPs including kitchen management, floor service, and billing compliance.
• Experience handling FSSAI inspections, brand audits, and health and safety compliance in an organised restaurant chain.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and financial reporting tools used in the Coimbatore F&B chain sector.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
