📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the RMC batching plant including production, quality, and delivery coordination
• Approve and monitor concrete mix designs for various grades as per IS 10262 and customer specifications
• Oversee batching plant control system operation and ensure accuracy of weigh batching for all orders
• Plan and schedule production batches to meet customer delivery commitments across construction sites
• Supervise QC activities including slump testing, fresh concrete density, and cube sample preparation
• Monitor raw material inventory including cement, aggregates, fly ash, admixtures, and water quality
• Control production costs, waste concrete management, and plant efficiency metrics

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. Civil Engineering from a recognised institution with 3-8 years of RMC plant management experience
• Demonstrated experience in managing RMC batching plant operations, mix design, and customer delivery
• Strong knowledge of concrete mix design as per IS 10262, IS 456, and relevant BIS standards
• Familiarity with batching plant control software and transit mixer fleet coordination
• Experience in managing QC cube testing, slump monitoring, and concrete strength compliance
• Good leadership skills for supervising plant operators, batching staff, and QC personnel
• Strong communication skills for customer delivery coordination and complaint resolution at construction sites
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
