📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B customers for corrugated boxes, flexible packaging, and commercial print products
• Conduct customer visits to understand packaging requirements and present suitable product solutions and samples
• Prepare and submit price quotations and follow up to close orders within agreed turnaround timelines
• Coordinate with production planning and dispatch teams to ensure on-time delivery against confirmed orders
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline records in CRM software and submit weekly sales activity reports
• Handle customer complaints on quality and delivery by coordinating with the quality and production teams
• Meet monthly revenue and new customer acquisition targets as set by the sales manager

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• How would you approach identifying and converting a new FMCG brand as a packaging customer?
• Describe your experience presenting technical packaging solutions to procurement or packaging development teams
• How do you handle a price objection from a customer comparing your quote to a lower-priced competitor?
• What CRM tools have you used for managing a packaging sales pipeline?
• Describe the longest sales cycle you have managed and how you kept the opportunity alive
• How do you coordinate between a customer's urgent order request and a production team that is fully loaded?

• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

Diploma or B.E. in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, or Mechanical Engineering; BIS packaging standard knowledge (IS 1476 for corrugated boards); ISO 9001 internal auditor; Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for prepress; Esko ArtPro or Preps for packaging prepress; FSSAI packaging material compliance for food-grade; CTP (Computer-to-Plate) operation; flexo, gravure, or offset press operator skill; EHS and factory act for safety roles
