📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements from scoping through final presentation
• Lead a team of two to four consultants and analysts and provide continuous coaching and feedback
• Build and maintain client relationships with mid-to-senior management stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive business cases with financial models and implementation roadmaps
• Lead engagement planning including work breakdown, resource allocation, and risk tracking
• Present findings and recommendations to senior client leadership including C-suite executives
• Contribute to practice development including thought leadership, proposals, and sector research

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA with four to eight years of management consulting experience mandatory
• Demonstrated track record of independently delivering end-to-end consulting engagements
• Experience leading small consulting teams and mentoring junior consultants
• Strong executive communication and C-suite stakeholder management skills
• Deep expertise in at least one industry vertical or functional domain such as operations or IT strategy
• Ability to develop and present business cases with clear financial and strategic rationale
• Willingness to travel for multi-day client engagements within India as required
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
