📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex and high-acuity cases and provide clinical guidance to junior physiotherapists and technicians on challenging presentations
• Develop, review, and implement clinical protocols, treatment guidelines, and quality assurance standards for the clinic
• Conduct regular clinical audits, outcome measurement reviews, and team performance assessments
• Mentor and train junior physiotherapists, interns, and newly qualified staff through structured supervision and in-service education
• Coordinate with clinic management, referring physicians, and allied health professionals on patient care pathways
• Represent the clinical team in operational meetings and contribute to service development and patient satisfaction initiatives
