📌 Key Responsibilities

• Operate lock stitch, over lock, or flat lock sewing machines on assigned garment production line operations
• Achieve hourly and daily production targets as set by the line supervisor and IE team
• Maintain correct SPI, seam allowance, and stitch quality as per the approved sample and work study sheet
• Bundle and transfer completed operations to the next workstation in sequence as per the line layout
• Report machine needle breaks, thread tension issues, or fabric defects to the line mechanic immediately
• Keep the workstation and sewing area clean and free of thread waste and fabric trimmings
• Participate in morning briefings, quality checks, and shift closing counts as directed by the supervisor

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
