📌 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities including RCC work, masonry, plastering, and finishing at the project site
• Read and interpret construction drawings, structural drawings, and architect plans for site execution
• Monitor and verify bar bending schedules, reinforcement placement, and concrete pouring operations
• Maintain daily progress reports, material consumption records, and labour deployment registers
• Coordinate with subcontractors, material suppliers, and skilled tradespeople for smooth site execution
• Conduct quality checks at each construction stage and maintain IS 456 compliance records
• Assist site supervisor and project engineer in resolving execution issues and design queries

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. Civil Engineering from an AICTE-recognised institution; fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of site experience are considered
• Knowledge of RCC construction, masonry, and plastering execution as per IS 456 and site drawings
• Ability to read structural and architectural drawings and translate them into accurate site execution
• Familiarity with bar bending schedules, reinforcement detailing, and concrete cube testing procedures
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing reading and site measurement verification
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English for coordinating with labourers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Willingness to work full-time on construction site with physical presence from early morning shifts
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
