📌 Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality food photography and videography content for all active cloud kitchen delivery brands.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media accounts for each delivery brand operated from the hub.
• Produce Reels, short-form videos, and story content that drives delivery order awareness and aggregator traffic.
• Coordinate with the menu development team to photograph and publish all new item launches on social and aggregator platforms.
• Update Zomato and Swiggy menu listing photographs and brand imagery to maintain visual quality across all delivery pages.
• Engage with comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms promptly to build delivery brand communities.
• Track social media analytics including reach, engagement, and follower growth and report performance to the hub manager.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline; mass communication, visual communication, or marketing background is preferred.
• Zero to three years of experience in social media management, food photography, or digital marketing roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in food photography using smartphone or DSLR cameras with natural and artificial lighting.
• Good working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video editing apps for content creation.
• Understanding of aggregator platform photo requirements and listing standards for Zomato and Swiggy menu pages.
• Creative eye for food presentation and styling that translates well into delivery brand visual identity.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to interpret engagement data and follower growth metrics.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
