📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across paediatric and adult populations
• Conduct standardised assessments for aphasia, dysarthria, dysphagia, articulation disorders, and language developmental delays
• Design and implement individualised speech and language therapy programmes with measurable functional communication goals
• Deliver dysphagia management including oral motor exercises, dietary modification recommendations, and modified texture guidance
• Provide augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) assessment and training for non-verbal or minimally verbal patients
• Conduct paediatric speech therapy sessions for children with delayed speech, autism, cleft palate, and hearing impairment
• Educate parents and caregivers on supporting communication development and safe feeding techniques at home

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Describe your approach to assessing dysphagia in a post-stroke adult patient.
• What standardised tools do you use for language and speech assessment in adults and children?
• How do you develop an AAC system for a non-verbal child in a clinic setting?
• Describe your experience managing a patient with severe aphasia after stroke.

BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) with MCI/state council registration for physiotherapist roles; MPT in the relevant specialty (Orthopaedics, Neurology, Sports, Paediatrics, Cardiopulmonary) for specialist roles; BOT (Bachelor of Occupational Therapy) for OT roles; B.Sc.
