📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of one or more large-scale construction projects or a cluster of concurrent projects as Senior PM or DGM Projects
• Own the overall project or cluster P and L, cost-at-completion forecast, and financial reporting to company directors
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with project clients, promoters, architects, and structural consultants
• Drive strategic programme planning, milestone achievement, and recovery actions for the project cluster
• Lead senior subcontract negotiations, final account settlements, and dispute resolution with key subcontractors
• Establish and maintain high standards of EHS performance, quality management, and construction best practices across all sites
• Develop and mentor the next generation of project managers and site engineering staff within the cluster

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. Civil Engineering with 10-20 years of progressive construction project management experience including at least 3-5 years at project manager level
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects worth Rs.100 crore or above
• Demonstrated P and L ownership, cost-at-completion management, and successful subcontract claims resolution
• Strong client and promoter relationship management skills with experience in presenting project performance at board or promoter review meetings
• Excellent programme management skills with experience in recovering delayed large-scale construction programmes
• PMP, NICMAR, or equivalent senior project management qualification preferred
• Leadership ability to manage a project team of 50 or more direct staff and coordinate with multiple subcontractor organisations simultaneously
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
