📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design stage backdrops, set elements, and themed environments for corporate events, weddings, and entertainment shows.
• Create 2D layouts and 3D visualisations of event stage designs for client approval and vendor briefing.
• Prepare AutoCAD or SketchUp drawings for stage dimensions, set structures, and event floor plans.
• Source props, fabrication vendors, and scenic materials to execute approved event stage design concepts.
• Brief and supervise fabrication teams to ensure set construction matches the approved design and client brief.
• Develop theme concepts for corporate annual days, cultural events, and brand-specific event environments.
• Supervise on-site set installation and make real-time adjustments to ensure design quality at event venues.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or Interior Design from a recognised institute.
• 0 to 4 years of experience in event design, stage design, or set fabrication at a private event company.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or SketchUp for event floor plans and stage construction drawings.
• Strong visual design skills with a portfolio of event backdrop, set, and theme design work.
• Knowledge of fabrication materials, vendors, and printing technologies used in event set production.
• Ability to translate client briefs into creative and executable event design concepts.
• Willingness to supervise on-site set construction and work during build-up and breakdown phases.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
