📌 Key Responsibilities

• Hold full accountability for the fashion store's P and L including sales revenue, gross margin, and shrinkage targets
• Lead and develop all store teams across sales, VM, tailoring, inventory, and cashiering functions
• Drive seasonal sales strategies through promotional planning, VM calendar execution, and staff incentive programmes
• Ensure consistent brand and visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store at all times
• Manage all store compliance requirements including GST records, labour law registers, and fire safety protocols
• Resolve senior customer escalations and represent the store in interactions with the area manager and corporate team
• Conduct weekly performance reviews with supervisors and submit store P and L reports to the area manager

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Retail Management or Fashion Retail is preferred
• Four to ten years of fashion retail experience with at least two years managing a store or large department
• Demonstrated track record of achieving store-level P and L targets in a fashion or apparel retail environment
• Strong leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams of ten or more staff in a retail store
• In-depth knowledge of fashion retail operations including VM standards, inventory management, and customer experience
• Good understanding of GST on apparel, labour compliance, and store audit requirements
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English for team, vendor, and corporate stakeholder engagement
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
