• Handle customer complaints and escalations that are beyond front-line staff resolution capability
• Compile and submit daily sales, cash, and operational reports to the store manager
• Conduct periodic floor walks to ensure planogram compliance and product display standards
• Support the pharmacist in-charge with store inspection readiness and compliance documentation
