📌 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with raw material and packaging vendors for timely supply of materials as per production planning requirements
• Raise and track purchase orders, delivery challans, and GRN entries in ERP or inventory management systems
• Monitor raw material and packaging stock levels, forecast replenishment requirements, and prevent stockouts
• Manage FIFO adherence in raw material and finished goods stores to ensure product freshness and shelf life compliance
• Coordinate with logistics partners and transporters for inbound raw material and outbound finished goods dispatches
• Prepare daily and weekly supply chain MIS reports covering stock levels, pending orders, and supplier delivery performance
• Support month-end inventory reconciliation and physical stock verification processes

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you coordinated raw material or packaging procurement for a food or FMCG company before?
• Which ERP or inventory software have you used for purchase order and stock management?
• How do you manage stock levels to avoid production stoppages due to material shortages?
• Are you familiar with FIFO inventory management for perishable food raw materials?
• Have you coordinated with logistics partners or transporters for dispatch management?
• Have you prepared supply chain MIS reports for management review?
• Are you comfortable with data entry in ERP systems and maintaining accurate records?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
