📌 Key Responsibilities

• Raise and track purchase orders for imported medical device components and finished goods with local and overseas vendors
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for timely clearance of medical device shipments
• Maintain inventory records for imported devices, components, and consumables in ERP systems
• Monitor supplier lead times and flag risks to procurement and supply chain managers
• Support demand planning by coordinating with sales and warehouse teams on stock requirements
• Ensure import documentation including packing lists, commercial invoices, and COAs are complete and filed
• Assist in periodic stock audits and reconciliation of physical inventory with ERP records

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you handled purchase order management for medical device imports before?
• Which ERP or inventory management systems have you used?
• Are you familiar with customs documentation requirements for medical device imports?
• How do you track and escalate supplier lead time delays?
• Have you coordinated with freight forwarders or customs brokers for device clearance?
• What stock reconciliation or audit processes have you been involved in?
• Are you familiar with demand planning or reorder level concepts?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
