📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's sustainability strategy covering sustainable farming practices, carbon reduction, and responsible agri supply chain management
• Design and manage farmer sustainability programmes covering soil health, water conservation, reduced chemical use, and climate-smart agriculture practices
• Measure and report the company's carbon footprint, water usage, and sustainability KPIs for ESG disclosures to investors, customers, and regulatory bodies
• Prepare and submit ESG reports and sustainability disclosures aligned with GRI, BRSR, or other applicable frameworks
• Manage third-party sustainability certifications relevant to the company's agri products and supply chain such as organic, Rainforest Alliance, or GlobalGAP
• Coordinate with the supply chain, agronomy, and finance teams to integrate sustainability metrics into procurement, operations, and reporting
• Engage with investors, enterprise customers, and NGO partners on the company's sustainability commitments, progress, and farmer impact data

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you developed or managed a sustainability or ESG programme for an agri or food company?
• Are you familiar with GRI Standards, BRSR, or other ESG reporting frameworks?
• Have you measured carbon footprint or water usage for an agri supply chain?
• Have you designed and implemented sustainable farming programmes with farmer groups?
• Are you aware of third-party agri sustainability certifications such as organic, GlobalGAP, or Rainforest Alliance?
• How do you communicate ESG progress and commitments to investors and enterprise customers?
• Have you assessed climate risk in an agricultural supply chain context?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
