📌 Key Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites, dealer outlets, and contractor offices across assigned territory to promote building materials products
• Provide technical product demonstrations, application guidance, and specification support to civil engineers and contractors
• Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals and quotations to procurement and purchase teams
• Build and maintain dealer and contractor relationships to grow secondary sales in assigned territory
• Track and report sales pipeline, customer interactions, and order status through CRM system
• Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and new project opportunities in the territory
• Coordinate with internal logistics and distribution teams for timely product delivery to customers

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline or B.E. Civil Engineering preferred for technical product lines
• 0-3 years of field sales experience in cement, paints, tiles, RMC, or other building materials is preferred
• Ability to understand and explain product technical properties including strength, durability, and application methods
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory across Coimbatore and surrounding districts
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil for customer-facing interactions
• Familiarity with CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and dealer management practices
• Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage a customer territory and sales targets
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
