📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise dyeing recipes for reactive, vat, disperse, and acid dye classes on fabric and yarn substrates
• Conduct shade matching trials against customer colour standards and approved lab dips in the dyeing laboratory
• Monitor and control wet processing parameters including temperature, pH, liquor ratio, and chemical concentration across dyeing and finishing batches
• Optimise finishing processes including heat setting, compacting, softening, and stenter operations for required hand feel, GSM, and shrinkage
• Perform colour fastness, GSM, shrinkage, and tensile strength tests on dyed and finished fabric samples
• Prepare dyeing and finishing process sheets, recipe records, and technical trial reports for all new colour developments
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve shade deviations, uneven dyeing, and finishing quality complaints
