📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-service training and product demonstration sessions for hospital nursing, biomedical, and clinical staff on assigned device products
• Prepare training materials including manuals, presentations, and quick reference cards for device operation
• Support field sales team during product evaluations and tender demonstrations at hospital sites
• Manage a schedule of customer training visits across assigned Coimbatore hospital accounts
• Collect and report feedback from hospital staff on device usability and training adequacy
• Follow up post-installation to ensure device is being used correctly and document any retraining needs
• Support product launch activities including launch demonstrations and first-use training at new accounts

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you conducted in-service training for hospital nursing or biomedical staff on a medical device?
• Which device categories have you demonstrated or trained users on?
• How do you prepare training content for a new product you are unfamiliar with?
• How do you handle a training session where attendees have varying levels of technical background?
• Can you give an example of a post-training feedback you collected and how you acted on it?
• Are you comfortable conducting group training sessions as well as one-on-one demonstrations?
• Do you hold a valid driving licence for field visits?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
