• Train field staff on RBI fair practice code, responsible finance, and customer rights obligations
• Assess training needs of existing branch staff and design refresher modules for identified gaps
• Coordinate batch scheduling, venue arrangements, and trainer logistics for multi-branch training programmes
• Maintain training MIS tracking attendance, assessment scores, and certification completion rates
• Support the development of digital learning content and e-modules for online MFI staff training platforms

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you designed and delivered induction or product training for MFI or NBFC field staff?
• How do you make JLG methodology and responsible finance training engaging for rural and semi-urban field staff?
• Are you comfortable conducting training in Tamil for Coimbatore-based field loan officers?
• How do you assess training effectiveness and measure knowledge retention post-training?
• Do you have experience using LMS or e-learning platforms for microfinance staff training delivery?
• How do you handle a training batch where participant literacy levels vary significantly?
• What training content have you developed for RBI fair practice code or KYC awareness sessions?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
