📌 Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and book event venues across Coimbatore based on client requirements, capacity, and budget.
• Prepare detailed event floor plans, setup layouts, and logistics timelines for all assigned events.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment delivery, setup crews, tent erection, furniture, and staging materials.
• Supervise on-ground setup teams during event build-up to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Manage transport logistics for event materials, vendor equipment, and client assets across event locations.
• Resolve setup conflicts, vendor delays, and venue access issues on event day through proactive problem-solving.
• Oversee post-event breakdown, vendor checkout, venue restoration, and return of rented equipment.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Event Management or Logistics is an advantage.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in event logistics, venue management, or operations at a private event company.
• Strong vendor coordination and timeline management skills for multi-vendor event setups.
• Knowledge of event floor plan design, equipment specifications, and setup crew supervision.
• Physical stamina and willingness to work extended hours during event build-up and breakdown periods.
• Good problem-solving skills for managing on-ground logistics challenges in live event environments.
• Valid driving licence and familiarity with Coimbatore's venue landscape across the city's key event zones.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
