📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations strategy and execution across multiple textile mills, garment manufacturing units, and processing facilities within the group
• Set annual and long-term capacity, cost, quality, delivery, and compliance targets for the entire textile and apparel manufacturing network
• Drive manufacturing excellence programmes including lean manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance, and Six Sigma across all production units
• Own the group-level quality and compliance governance framework covering ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, and buyer social compliance across all facilities
• Lead supply chain strategy including yarn and fabric sourcing optimisation, vendor development, and export logistics network management
• Partner with business leadership on new product category entry, greenfield plant planning, and capital expenditure investment decisions
• Build and develop a high-performance plant and operations leadership team and manage succession planning for critical manufacturing roles
