📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all sales and marketing activities for cement and building materials products across assigned regions
• Own the sales and marketing P and L including revenue, margin, market share, and brand investment
• Define and implement go-to-market strategy including channel design, pricing policy, and regional market entry plans
• Lead large-scale dealer network expansion, distributor restructuring, and key account programme development
• Oversee brand building, trade promotion planning, and marketing investment allocation across product categories
• Drive new product launch planning and commercial readiness in coordination with manufacturing and R and D teams
• Build and develop a high-performance national sales and marketing team including regional managers, ASMs, and marketing executives

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Marketing or Sales Management from a recognised institution combined with a B.E. Civil or B.Sc. background preferred
• 15-28 years of progressive experience in building materials sales and marketing with at least 5 years in a VP-level or national sales leadership role
• Demonstrated ownership of large national or multi-region sales P and L in cement, paints, tiles, or allied building materials
• Proven track record in dealer network expansion, market share growth, and brand repositioning in building materials
• Strong capability in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new geographies or product categories
• In-depth knowledge of trade channel economics, channel finance, and distributor management in building materials
• Excellent stakeholder management for board reporting, investor engagement, and key customer relationships at leadership level
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
