📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the combined sales and operations function for the packaging organisation with full P and L accountability across revenue, margin, and cost
• Set and execute the annual business plan including revenue targets, new customer acquisition goals, capacity utilisation, and cost reduction objectives
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with the most significant customers and strategic vendor partners at the highest organisational levels
• Oversee manufacturing operations across single or multi-plant packaging networks ensuring quality, safety, and delivery performance
• Drive business development into new customer segments, geographies, or packaging categories to grow the company's revenue base
• Build and develop the senior sales and operations leadership team through hiring, performance management, and succession planning
• Report business performance, strategic risks, and growth plans to the promoter, board, or private equity investors

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• How have you structured and executed an annual business plan for a packaging company with revenue above Rs.100 crore?
• Describe how you have entered a new customer segment or geography with a packaging product portfolio
• How do you manage the tension between aggressive sales growth and operational capacity constraints in a packaging business?
• Describe a major strategic customer relationship you have personally managed at the CEO or CPO level
• How do you evaluate a potential acquisition or capacity expansion decision for a packaging company?
• Describe your experience leading a multi-plant packaging operations network and how you drive consistency across sites
• What is your approach to talent development and succession planning in a senior packaging leadership role?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

🏆 Certifications and Qualifications

Diploma or B.E. in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, or Mechanical Engineering; BIS packaging standard knowledge (IS 1476 for corrugated boards); ISO 9001 internal auditor; Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for prepress; Esko ArtPro or Preps for packaging prepress; FSSAI packaging material compliance for food-grade; CTP (Computer-to-Plate) operation; flexo, gravure, or offset press operator skill; EHS and factory act for safety roles
