📌 Key Responsibilities

• Pick goods from bin locations in the warehouse as per order pick lists or WMS-generated tasks with high accuracy
• Scan barcodes of picked items to confirm correct SKU, quantity, and bin location before packing
• Pack picked orders securely using appropriate packing materials including boxes, bubble wrap, and tape as per product type
• Verify product labels, batch numbers, and expiry dates during packing to ensure correct and undamaged goods are dispatched
• Follow FIFO stock rotation during picking to ensure older stock is dispatched before newer arrivals
• Process return goods by inspecting, scanning, and routing them to the designated returns bay for QC assessment
• Update the WMS or pick register with completed pick and pack tasks at the end of each shift

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you worked as a picker or packer in a warehouse, e-commerce fulfilment centre, or distribution centre?
• Are you familiar with barcode scanning and WMS order picking workflows?
• How do you ensure picking accuracy when handling a large number of SKUs per shift?
• Have you followed FIFO rotation during picking in a warehouse?
• Are you comfortable with repetitive picking and packing tasks for extended shift durations?
• Have you handled returns processing and re-labelling in a warehouse environment?
• What types of products have you picked and packed - FMCG, electronics, apparel, or pharma?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
