📌 Key Responsibilities

• Consult with wedding clients to understand ceremony preferences, cultural requirements, budget, and guest count.
• Source and coordinate with wedding vendors including caterers, decorators, photographers, and entertainment artists.
• Prepare detailed wedding budgets, track expenditures, and report variances to the client and management.
• Brief decor and floral teams on mandap design, stage backdrop, table arrangements, and theme elements.
• Manage the complete wedding day timeline including ceremony sequences, meal service, and entertainment cues.
• Coordinate hospitality arrangements including guest check-in, seating plans, VVIP coordination, and transport.
• Conduct post-wedding client follow-up to gather feedback and handle any outstanding vendor or billing queries.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Event Management or Hotel Management is an advantage.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in wedding planning, event coordination, or hospitality management.
• Good knowledge of Tamil wedding customs, rituals, and multicultural event planning requirements.
• Strong vendor management skills for coordinating decorators, caterers, photographers, and entertainment.
• Excellent client communication skills in Tamil and English for wedding consultation and brief management.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent weddings during peak Coimbatore wedding seasons.
• Patience, empathy, and attention to detail for handling emotionally significant client events.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
