📌 Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled line and base maintenance on commercial aircraft under DGCA-approved procedures
• Carry out structural repairs on fuselage, wings, and control surfaces to approved data
• Complete aircraft engine run-up, ground function tests, and sign off maintenance records
• Maintain hydraulic, landing gear, fuel, and pneumatic systems to airworthiness standards
• Raise and clear discrepancies in the maintenance tracking system with correct part numbers
• Liaise with stores for aircraft parts, tools, and consumables required for maintenance tasks
• Ensure all maintenance performed is compliant with aircraft maintenance manual and regulatory requirements

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you hold a current DGCA AME B1.1 licence endorsed on at least one aircraft type?
• Are you familiar with aircraft maintenance manual, structural repair manual, and wiring diagram manual interpretation?
• Have you performed scheduled A-check, C-check, or transit maintenance tasks on commercial aircraft?
• Do you have experience using approved tooling, torque application, and NDT methods on aircraft structure?
• Are you comfortable working in shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in an active MRO environment?
• Can you maintain accurate maintenance documentation, defect records, and component traceability logs?
• Are you aware of DGCA CAR-145 regulatory requirements for line and base maintenance operations?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
