📌 Key Responsibilities

• Execute component and assembly validation tests per approved Design Verification Plan and Report (DVPR)
• Set up and operate test rigs for durability, fatigue, vibration, and functional testing of auto components
• Analyse test results and prepare detailed test reports with pass/fail assessment against acceptance criteria
• Investigate test failures and support failure analysis and design corrective actions
• Correlate physical test results with CAE simulation predictions
• Coordinate with test equipment OEMs for calibration, maintenance, and repair
• Maintain test library, specimen records, and test data archives
• Support customer and internal engineering reviews of test results and DVPR status

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you set up and executed component validation tests using durability or functional test rigs?
• Are you familiar with Design Verification Plan and Report (DVPR) structure and management?
• Do you have experience with vibration or NVH testing of automotive components?
• Can you analyse test data and prepare comprehensive test reports with failure assessment?
• Have you correlated physical test results with CAE simulation predictions?
• Are you familiar with fatigue testing methods including S-N curve interpretation?
• Do you have experience using data acquisition systems and test analysis software?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
