📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead Six Sigma DMAIC projects to reduce defects, variation, and cost in auto manufacturing processes
• Facilitate lean and kaizen events including value stream mapping, 5S, and flow improvement workshops
• Apply SMED methodology to reduce machine changeover and setup times
• Design and implement poka-yoke error-proofing solutions on production lines
• Analyse OEE losses and lead focused improvement projects to eliminate chronic downtime
• Use Minitab or equivalent statistical software for data analysis and hypothesis testing
• Train shop floor teams and supervisors in lean tools and problem-solving methods
• Track and report savings from improvement projects to plant and corporate management

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you hold a Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification?
• Have you led Six Sigma DMAIC improvement projects in an auto manufacturing environment?
• Are you experienced in facilitating value stream mapping and kaizen events?
• Have you applied SMED methodology to reduce changeover times in auto production?
• Do you have hands-on experience designing and implementing poka-yoke solutions?
• Can you use Minitab or similar statistical software for data analysis and hypothesis testing?
• Have you delivered lean manufacturing training to shop floor teams and supervisors?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
