📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assemble lithium-ion battery modules and packs by stacking cells, welding busbars, and connecting BMS harnesses
• Perform capacity testing, internal resistance measurement, and formation cycling on assembled packs
• Carry out hipot and insulation resistance tests on completed battery packs before dispatch
• Solder and inspect PCBA joints on BMS boards to IPC-A-610 standards
• Maintain ESD discipline and high-voltage personal protective equipment during pack assembly
• Record test results, label finished packs, and update the production tracking system
• Support root cause analysis for pack failures identified during end-of-line testing

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Explain the process of assembling a lithium-ion battery module from cells to finished pack
• What is a hipot test and why is it performed on battery packs before dispatch?
• How do you ensure ESD safety while handling BMS PCBs and cell harnesses?
• What IPC-A-610 acceptance criteria do you follow for soldering on BMS boards?
