📌 Key Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion blow moulding or injection stretch blow moulding machines for container and bottle production
• Set parison wall thickness, blow pressure, and cycle time parameters under supervisor guidance
• Trim flash from moulded bottles and containers using trimming tools and fixtures
• Perform leak tests on finished containers according to quality inspection procedures
• Monitor raw material feed (HDPE, PP, PET) and report shortages to the shift supervisor
• Inspect finished products for visual defects such as uneven wall thickness, dents, and incomplete blowing
• Maintain production count records and participate in end-of-shift handover reporting

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you operated an extrusion blow moulding or stretch blow moulding machine?
• How do you adjust parison thickness uniformity on an extrusion blow moulding machine?
• What materials have you used for blow moulding - HDPE, PP, or PET?
• How do you perform a leak test on a blow moulded container?
• What visual defects would you look for when inspecting a blow moulded bottle?
• How do you clean and maintain the blow moulding mould between production runs?
• Have you worked in a container or packaging manufacturer's production environment?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
