- Set cutting tools, offsets, and work-holding fixtures before production run commencement
- Monitor in-process dimensions using vernier callipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
- Adjust tool offsets and feeds to correct dimensional drift during production
- Carry out first-article inspection and record results in process control sheets
- Perform routine preventive maintenance including lubrication, chip removal, and coolant checks
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Which CNC machine brands have you operated - Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi control?
- Can you read G-code and make minor programme edits at the machine?
- What is your experience with tool setting and tool offset adjustment?
- Which metal materials have you machined - mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminium?
