📌 Key Responsibilities

• Perform hand layup and automated layup of CFRP and GFRP composite panels and structural components to layup instructions
• Operate autoclave and oven cure cycles, monitoring temperature and pressure profiles per cure specifications
• Execute vacuum bagging, peel ply, breather, and release film layup sequences for void-free composite laminates
• Carry out composite repairs on aircraft structural repair manual-approved repair schemes for field damage
• Perform visual and tap-test NDT checks on cured composite laminates and identify delamination or disbond
• Trim, drill, and route composite parts using approved cutting tools to achieve drawing dimensions and surface finish
• Maintain material traceability logs, prepreg freeze-thaw records, and out-time monitoring for controlled materials

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you have a Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with hands-on CFRP or GFRP composite fabrication training?
• Have you performed hand layup, vacuum bagging, or autoclave cure operations on composite structural parts?
• Are you familiar with composite material storage requirements, out-time tracking, and freeze-thaw log maintenance?
• Can you read composite layup instructions, ply schedules, and structural repair manual repair schemes?
• Do you have experience using composite trimming, drilling, or routing tools on cured CFRP or GFRP parts?
• Are you aware of clean room protocols and foreign object debris prevention practices in composite fabrication areas?
• Have you performed tap-test or visual NDT inspection on cured composite panels to identify defects?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
