📌 Key Responsibilities

• Administer configuration management processes in ENOVIA, Windchill, or equivalent PLM system for aerospace programmes
• Process engineering change requests and engineering change notices from initiation to release and production incorporation
• Maintain accuracy of multi-level bills of materials in PLM and ERP systems and reconcile BOM discrepancies
• Control the release of engineering drawings, specifications, and technical data packages to authorised recipients
• Track effectivity of design changes on serialised aircraft and ensure modification status records are up to date
• Support functional and physical configuration audits and prepare configuration status accounting reports
• Compile and release technical data packages including drawings, specifications, analyses, and test reports to customers and regulatory bodies

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you have a B.E. degree with at least one year of aerospace configuration management or engineering document control experience?
• Are you proficient in administering PLM systems such as ENOVIA, Windchill, or Agile for aerospace programme data management?
• Do you have experience processing engineering change requests and engineering change notices through a formal change management workflow?
• Can you maintain and reconcile multi-level bills of materials in PLM and ERP systems for complex aerospace assemblies?
• Are you familiar with effectivity management and serialised part tracking for aircraft modification programmes?
• Have you supported configuration audits and prepared configuration status accounting reports for aerospace programmes?
• Do you understand aerospace document control requirements under AS9100 including drawing release, revision control, and technical data package management?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
