• Fit and connect battery packs, motors, and controllers as per assembly instructions
• Conduct in-process quality checks and report deviations to line supervisor
• Follow torque specifications for all fasteners using pneumatic and digital torque tools
• Maintain 5S standards at the workstation and participate in daily shift meetings
• Read and interpret assembly work orders and engineering change notices
• Support cycle time improvement and defect reduction activities on the assembly line
