📌 Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming raw material testing and release analysis as per specifications
- Conduct in-process sampling and testing during chemical manufacturing batches
- Operate HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, and other lab instruments
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) and lab reports for finished products
- Maintain calibration records for all lab instruments as per QMS requirements
- Conduct stability studies and retain sample management for quality records
- Coordinate with production team for timely release of materials and batches
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Sc. Chemistry from a recognised university with minimum 55 percent marks
- Hands-on experience in wet chemistry titration, pH measurement, and gravimetric analysis
- Familiarity with instrumental techniques such as HPLC, GC, or UV-Vis spectrophotometry
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system documentation and COA preparation
- Accuracy and attention to detail in recording analytical data and lab reports
- Ability to handle chemical reagents safely with knowledge of lab safety protocols
- Good written communication in English for preparing technical lab documents
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
