📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead all manufacturing operations at the EV assembly or battery pack plant including production planning, quality, EHS, and maintenance functions
- Manage plant P and L including CapEx budgeting, OpEx cost control, and productivity improvement initiatives
- Drive IATF 16949 and ISO 45001 compliance across production, quality, and EHS departments
- Implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma programmes to improve throughput, reduce waste, and lower per-unit manufacturing cost
- Recruit, develop, and retain engineering and production teams across shift operations
- Coordinate with supply chain on material availability, vendor development, and import logistics for battery cells and EV components
- Report plant performance KPIs including OEE, PPM, safety incidents, and cost per unit to senior management and investors

- Describe how you managed the ramp-up of a new automotive or EV manufacturing plant from greenfield to full production capacity
- How do you structure the shift operations and production planning for a battery pack assembly plant?
- What strategies do you use to improve OEE on an EV assembly line?
- How do you manage EHS compliance for a plant handling lithium-ion cells, high-voltage assemblies, and chemical solvents?
