📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Process FMEAs for all manufacturing operations in the plant
• Prepare and update control plans, inspection instructions, and reaction plans
• Conduct process capability studies (Cp, Cpk) and drive improvement for out-of-spec processes
• Design and optimize manufacturing process flows for new and existing components
• Author and revise work instructions and operator training materials
• Implement SPC for critical process parameters and monitor control charts
• Lead process improvement projects using lean and kaizen methodologies
• Manage process change notifications and update documentation accordingly

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you independently developed Process FMEAs for manufacturing operations?
• Are you proficient in preparing control plans and linking them to PFMEA outputs?
• Can you conduct process capability studies and interpret Cp/Cpk results?
• Have you authored or revised work instructions and process flow diagrams?
• Do you have experience implementing SPC for critical-to-quality process parameters?
• Have you led lean or kaizen process improvement projects on the shop floor?
• Are you familiar with managing process changes and maintaining documentation through ECN or PCR workflows?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
