📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage design validation plans for EV systems including battery pack, motor, VCU, and charging systems
• Conduct and coordinate AIS 038, AIS 156, and AIS 123 homologation tests at ARAI, ICAT, or CIRT approved test agencies
• Plan and execute environmental and durability validation tests including IPX rating, vibration, thermal cycling, and salt spray for EV components
• Coordinate chassis dynamometer tests for vehicle range, gradeability, and acceleration performance verification
• Manage DVP matrices, test status tracking, and validation closure reports for EV product development programmes
• Liaise with certification bodies and government type approval authorities for EV homologation submissions
• Document test failures, initiate root cause analysis, and track corrective actions to validation closure
