📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and control daily production output against targets on auto component or assembly lines
• Prepare and update work instructions, process flows, and operator training documents
• Conduct line balancing, cycle time study, and capacity analysis
• Track OEE, rejection rates, and downtime and report daily production KPIs
• Lead 5S implementation and participate in kaizen and VA/VE activities
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and stores for line smooth running
• Prepare production reports, shift logs, and MIS for plant management

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you have experience in production planning and control on an auto component or assembly line?
• Are you familiar with line balancing techniques and cycle time measurement?
• Do you track OEE and production KPIs on a daily or shift basis?
• Have you prepared work instructions or process flow charts for auto manufacturing lines?
• Are you familiar with SAP PP module for production order management?
• Have you participated in or led kaizen or VA/VE improvement projects?
• Do you have experience coordinating with maintenance, quality, and stores teams on the shop floor?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
