📌 Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned station on auto assembly or component line
• Feed parts and sub-assemblies as per line sequence
• Use torque tools and jigs as per work instructions
• Carry out in-process checks and record findings
• Maintain 5S standards at workstation
• Report line stoppages, rejections, or safety issues to supervisor
• Participate in daily shift briefings and kaizen activities

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you hold an ITI certificate in Fitter, Turner, Welder, or a related trade?
• Have you worked on an auto assembly or component production line?
• Are you comfortable with rotating shifts including night shifts?
• Do you have experience using torque wrenches and pneumatic tools?
• Are you familiar with 5S and poka-yoke practices on the shop floor?
• Can you read and follow work instruction sheets and process control plans?
• Are you open to working in Sriperumbudur, Oragadam, or Ambattur industrial zones?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
