• Ensure daily production targets are achieved within safety, quality, and cost parameters
• Conduct shift briefings, toolbox talks, and handover meetings with incoming supervisors
• Monitor process parameters, inspect in-process quality, and escalate deviations to engineering teams
• Coach and train operators on correct operating procedures, safety practices, and quality standards
• Maintain shift production logs, attendance records, and ERP shift report entries
• Enforce discipline, time management, and PPE compliance across the shopfloor
