- Allocate operators to machines and moulds based on skill and production priority for the shift
- Monitor machine running status, cycle times, and scrap rates in real time and take corrective actions
- Conduct shift-start briefings with operators on production targets, quality parameters, and safety requirements
- Escalate machine breakdowns and material shortages to the maintenance and stores teams immediately
- Prepare shift handover reports covering production counts, rejections, machine downtime, and pending actions
- Train new operators on standard operating procedures, safety practices, and quality expectations for assigned processes
