📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of aerospace programmes from contract award through design, manufacturing, test, and customer delivery
• Manage OEM and tier-1 customer relationships, attend programme reviews, and resolve technical and commercial issues
• Drive AS9100-compliant programme governance including milestone reviews, risk registers, and corrective action tracking
• Apply earned value management to track programme cost and schedule performance and report to senior leadership
• Lead cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance to achieve programme objectives
• Manage programme scope, budget, and schedule baseline and handle contract change management with the customer
• Govern NPI and APQP processes and ensure production readiness reviews are completed before rate ramp-up

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you have a B.E. or equivalent engineering degree with at least seven years of aerospace programme management experience?
• Have you led an aerospace programme from contract award through to delivery, managing schedule, cost, and quality milestones?
• Are you experienced in managing OEM or tier-1 aerospace customer relationships and leading formal programme reviews?
• Do you have working knowledge of earned value management and programme cost and schedule performance reporting?
• Have you led cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams on an aerospace production programme?
• Are you familiar with AS9100 programme governance, risk management, and corrective action management requirements?
• Do you have experience managing APQP processes and governing production readiness reviews for new aerospace part introduction?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
