📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and document IATF 16949 internal audits across plant processes
• Prepare and submit PPAP packages including control plan, PFMEA, MSA, and capability studies
• Develop and update control plans, inspection instructions, and reaction plans
• Conduct MSA studies including Gauge R and R and linearity analysis
• Monitor SPC charts and initiate process correction when control limits are breached
• Lead 8D problem solving for customer complaints and internal rejections
• Handle customer SCAR responses and corrective action closures
• Prepare quality MIS and present monthly quality performance to plant management

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you hold an IATF 16949 internal auditor certification?
• Have you independently prepared and submitted PPAP packages to customers?
• Are you proficient in conducting PFMEA and DFMEA reviews?
• Do you have hands-on experience conducting MSA studies including Gauge R and R?
• Can you prepare and interpret SPC control charts and Cpk studies?
• Have you led 8D problem solving for customer complaints?
• Do you have experience handling customer SCAR and closing corrective actions within agreed timelines?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
