• Develop and maintain control plans, FMEA documents, and inspection procedures for metal manufacturing processes
• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections and approve or reject production batches against specifications
• Manage customer complaint investigations using 8D methodology and issue corrective action reports
• Implement SPC charts and MSA studies for critical quality characteristics on key product lines
• Coordinate ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 internal audits and corrective action closure
• Manage calibration schedule for all measuring instruments and test equipment in the plant
• Support PPAP submission for new products and engineering changes for automotive customers

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you developed control plans, PFMEA, and process flow diagrams for metal parts?
• Describe an 8D report you have prepared for a customer complaint.
• Which SPC tools or software have you used for quality monitoring?
• Have you conducted an ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 internal audit?
• How do you manage a calibration recall programme for plant measuring instruments?
• Have you prepared or supported a PPAP submission for an automotive customer?
• What MSA studies have you conducted and what were the outcomes?
