• Coordinate roll change activities and maintain roll inventory, grinding schedules, and wear records
• Investigate cobbles, breaks, and surface defects in rolled products and identify process root causes
• Optimise rolling schedules for yield improvement, energy saving, and campaign length extension
• Liaise with the quality team to review mechanical properties and surface quality of rolled products
• Update process parameters in the rolling mill automation and SCADA systems and maintain process logs
