📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of lithium-ion cells, BMS modules, EV motors, power electronics, and structural components for battery pack and EV assembly
• Develop and qualify new vendors for EV-specific components including cells, busbars, thermal interface materials, and connectors
• Coordinate import processes and customs clearance for battery cells and EV components sourced from Asian suppliers
• Maintain inventory levels and reorder points for critical EV components to support production schedules
• Track supplier delivery performance, quality PPM, and lead time KPIs and escalate issues with corrective action
• Collaborate with engineering team on BOM costing, make-versus-buy analysis, and component standardisation
• Participate in PPAP and incoming quality processes for new EV component suppliers
